01I'm a total beginner and can't code.+
You won't write any. Cowork is Claude's desktop app and every instruction is a sentence in a chat box. The course starts at the download page, and each lesson has a written walkthrough beside the screen recording.
02Do I have to buy Claude Max?+
No. Claude Pro at $20/month covers all 36 lessons and normal daily use. Max only pays off when you're running dozens of tasks a day; lesson 4.2 shows how to stay inside Pro's limits.
03What if I can't keep up?+
Every lesson solves one problem and ships with a guide you can follow line by line. If it still isn't for you, email within 14 days for a full refund. No "less than 10% watched" clause.
04Will this work for my industry?+
The HQ folder and the three-department layout are identical for every business; only the skills and connectors change. Module 3 builds it three times, for a service business, an online store and a consultant, so you copy the closest one.
