Terms of service

These terms cover buying and using ThreeFolders. Buying it means you accept them.

What you are buying

ThreeFolders is a set of downloadable template files and a written guide for configuring the Claude desktop application to handle routine business writing. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped.

You are buying the files and the guide. You are not buying software, a subscription, a service, or any ongoing work from us.

What it is not

ThreeFolders is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" and "Claude Cowork" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC and are referred to here only to describe what the product works with.

You need your own Claude subscription to use it. We do not provide one, and we are not responsible for that service's availability, pricing or behaviour.

Your licence

Your purchase includes a personal licence: use the files in your own business, edit them freely, and keep them indefinitely.

It does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or set the system up for paying clients. That is what the separate commercial licence add-on covers. If you bought that add-on, you may configure the system for clients under your own branding, but you still may not resell the template files themselves as a product.

No promise of results

We make no claim about money you will earn, time you will save, or results you will achieve. What you get from it depends on your business, your effort, and how you use it. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of income.

What the product will not do

We state this on the sales page and repeat it here. The system drafts; it does not publish or send. It does not replace a person on a live sales call. It does not perform bulk processing. If you expect any of those, this is not the product for you, and the refund policy applies.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no conditions. See the refund policy.

Availability and changes

We may update the files. Updates are included at no charge for anyone who has bought. We may change the price for future buyers at any time; your purchase price is not affected retroactively.

Liability

The product is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for how any AI system behaves, for output it produces, or for decisions you make based on that output. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish or send it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
