How it works

Not three chats. One HQ, three folders, and rules they all read.

The trick isn't a clever prompt. It's a folder layout Cowork understands, with a CLAUDE.md in each department telling it what to read, what to write, and who to hand off to.

One HQ folder feeding three department folders

What Cowork does well here

  • Reads and writes files in these folders on its own
  • Runs a skill on a schedule (Monday 08:00 content batch)
  • Uses your Gmail, Drive and calendar through connectors
  • Keeps a task going in the background while you work

What it won't do, so we don't pretend

  • Publish anything without you clicking
  • Replace a real salesperson on a live call
  • Run 200 tasks a day on the $20 plan
  • Bulk jobs and automation chains: that's the Claude Code handoff in Bonus 3

What one morning looks like once the three departments exist

This is what the three skills produce on a Monday. One customer email goes in; three departments take turns; you read the result over coffee. Every file below is in the kit, exactly as shown.

What’s in the kit

Who this is not for

Not for you if you want…

Another course you forget the moment it ends, which leads to sitting at your desk the next morning still not knowing what step one is.
A pile of jargon you'll never use, which leads to knowing what "context window" means and still having no system that runs.
Terminals, environments and error messages, which leads to two days of setup and giving up before anything works.
Three months building something nobody wants, which leads to time, money and confidence gone on a launch that never lands.
Watching competitors run a whole business line solo, which leads to falling further behind every week you keep doing it by hand.

For you if you’re…

Solo creator
Content, comments, sponsor pitches, a course to sell. Marketing writes the posts and copy; you stay the face.
Online store owner
Too many SKUs, listings never finished, emails never answered. Research, listing copy and replies each get a department.
SaaS founder, indie hacker
One-person company, no hiring budget. Three virtual staff from customer research to outreach.
Consultant, coach, trainer
Your method lives in voice.md and offers.md, so every proposal and follow-up sounds like you.
Service business, freelancer
Quotes, meeting recaps and follow-ups handled by Sales. Your time goes to the site visit and the phone call.
Agency, team of 3–10
Few people, many projects. Each person gets the three departments; the shared inbox stops being the bottleneck.
Before the reviews exist

What you can check before you pay

This is a founding cohort. There are no reviews yet, and this page will not show you invented ones. Here is what stands in for them until the first members report back.

The refund, in writing

Fourteen days from purchase, any reason or none, full refund. No "less than 10% watched" clause, no support ticket maze. One email to the address in the footer.

The product, on screen

Every screenshot on this page is rendered from the actual files you receive. Nothing is a mockup, nothing is stock, and nothing is from a product you won't get.

Named reviews, later

Founding members are asked for a review after they've built their first department. Those appear below with a first name and a business type, and anyone who got a free copy says so. Not before, and never invented.

Where to ask

Questions before buying go to the same inbox as refunds, answered by a person. The response time will be posted here once there is a track record to post.

Before you order

Nine things people ask before paying $27

01I'm a total beginner and can't code.+
You won't write any. Cowork is Claude's desktop app and every instruction is a sentence in a chat box. The kit is plain text files you drop into one folder; the guide walks you through it step by step, with a test at step 3 so you know it's wired before you build on it.
02Do I have to buy Claude Max?+
No. Claude Pro at $20/month runs everything in the kit. Each skill is one task, and a normal week is a handful of runs. Max only pays off when you're running dozens of tasks a day.
03What if I get stuck?+
The guide is seven steps, and step 3 is a test that tells you whether the setup is wired before you build on it. There's a troubleshooting table for the five things that go wrong. If it still isn't for you, email within 14 days for a full refund. No "less than 10% watched" clause.
04Will this work for my industry?+
The HQ folder and the three-department layout are identical for every business; only the facts in HQ change. Bonus 2 shows the four brand files filled in for a sample business, and the intake sheet's twelve questions fill them in for yours.
05How much time does it take?+
About twenty minutes to read the guide and an afternoon to do it. Step 2, filling in HQ, is most of that. Nothing to watch.
06Is it really one payment?+
Yes. The kit plus bonuses is one payment, lifetime access, lifetime updates. The checkout shows one optional add-on, the commercial licence. Skip it and nothing is missing.
07How do I receive it?+
A download link on the confirmation page and in your email within a minute of paying. Unzip it, open SETUP-GUIDE.md, start at step 1. It's plain text files: nothing to install, nothing that expires.
08Does it work on Windows?+
Yes. Claude Cowork runs on Mac and Windows, and the kit is plain Markdown that opens anywhere.
09Cowork changes every week. What happens to this?+
Anthropic shipped about thirty dated Cowork releases between July and September 2026. When one changes something the guide relies on, the guide is updated and every buyer gets the new file free. Lifetime updates are written into the checkout, not implied.
